Sekhri, Minister of Cultural Affairs, Punjab. Left of Mr.
Shekhri is Mr. Dev Bhardwaj, Director of India Inter-Continental

together with Mr. M. L. Koser (right of Mr. Sekhri), famous
performer and teacher of traditional (Kathak) Indian dance,
Secretary of the Pracheen Kala Kendra. To the right of Katarzyna
