Opening of the exhibition of 18 paintings by Mr. Ashwanti Sekhri, Minister of Cultural Affairs, Punjab. Left of Mr. Shekhri is Mr. Dev Bhardwaj, Director of India Inter-Continental Cultural Association (IICCA) who organised the exhibition together with Mr. M. L. Koser (right of Mr. Sekhri), famous performer and teacher of traditional (Kathak) Indian dance, Secretary of the Pracheen Kala Kendra.
